Job Summary

  • This project-based position will aid in supporting all Land related disciplines to supplement and execute solutions for backlog cleanup and provide go-forward procedural recommendations ensuring quality controls upon project completion.
  • Analyze leases, contracts, title opinions, operating agreements and legal documents to calculate a royalty owner’s division of interest for purposes of payment of proceeds and a working interest owner’s billable share of the burdens.
  • Collaborate with Division Orders, Lease Records, Land, Business Development, Legal and Accounting departments to ensure alignment and compliance when necessary.
