Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
  • Creates and expedites sales orders, coordinates the Master Demand Plan, and participates in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Responsible for maintaining price lists in Oracle, resolving billing and collection issues with Finance, and supporting customer requests for quotes and product pricing.
