Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per strict guidelines.
  • This role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR reports.
  • The incumbent must coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to regulatory time frames.
