Fencetools is seeking a Senior Manager for Operational Risk and Assurance in Brno, Czech Republic, to lead and enhance their operational risk strategy across European operations. The role focuses on fostering a proactive risk culture, overseeing risk event management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, while promoting team development and stakeholder engagement
Job Summary
You will lead the management of FNZ’s Risk Event process, serve as the primary escalation point for operational risk matters across FNZ EU DAC clients, and oversee the delivery of high-quality risk intelligence and assurance reporting.
Support the 1st Line of Defence with risk-related queries across Business Continuity, RCSA, Control Testing, Project Risk Registers, and Operational Resilience.
Develop the Operational Risk & Assurance Team Managers and Senior Analysts through regular 1‑2‑1s, feedback and coaching.
