Job Summary
Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on the SM-3 Production Program leading the Electrical Team while supporting cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Provide technical support of 15-20 engineers, with a focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship and training, etc.
Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
