Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
7+ years of finance experience
Multi-facility manufacturing experience required
Proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion ERP systems
Experience with Lean Accounting principles
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in business administration
Lean manufacturing cultural change support
Continuous improvement activities participation
Strong presentation and forecasting skills
Cross-functional collaboration abilities
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of finance experience
Must have multi-facility manufacturing responsibility
