Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-7 years performance testing experience
Proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner tools
Experience with D365 application performance testing
Strong understanding of application architecture
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
Nice-to-have
Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Chaos Engineering tools
Knowledge of AppDynamics or DataDog
Relevant performance testing certifications
Experience with APM solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
3+ to 7 years of hands-on experience required
Regular full-time education without backlog extensions
