Job Summary

  • The Staff Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
  • Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board and treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
  • Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff and professional colleagues.
