Job Summary

  • As a member of technical staff (MTS) in reliability, you will need to have basic reliability knowledge and understanding of the reliability failure mechanisms, preferably in gate oxide and/or back-end-of-line reliability.
  • Your responsibilities are to collaborate with fab and technology development teams and perform reliability test structure design, reliability testing and analysis, risk assessments and design rule proposals.
