Responsible for the content development and column design of the JJMT digital education platform, primarily serving professional education and training needs to promote learning and form an online training loop.
Insight into business/BU PE goals and needs, combined with analysis of platform user online learning preferences, to formulate platform content optimization strategies and reshape existing content/formats to build an interactive learning ecosystem and enhance platform activity.
Collaborate closely with BUs to explore new instructor collaboration models and create high-quality boutique courses, focusing on users to create professional, in-depth, and valuable columns and content formats to empower practitioner growth.
