Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing quality experience
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements
  • Familiarity with measurement and inspection equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Continuous improvement championing skills
  • Strong technical analysis capabilities
  • Experience with Hexcel software systems
