Job Summary
Define and maintain the target architecture for our CRM (Salesforce ecosystem) and our Web Customer Portal, ensuring scalability and security.
Design robust, scalable architectures for our Web Portals and Apps, decoupling front-ends (Angular/Node.js) from back-ends via well-defined API layers.
Assess emerging technologies (GenAI, new JS frameworks, Cloud services) and decide on their inclusion in the roadmap.
