Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of approximately 7 technicians, ensuring highest system availability and operational excellence for robotics, manufacturing, and test systems.
Conduct complex error analyses, develop/validate maintenance processes, and optimize processes for productivity increase, utilizing AI, software solutions, and predictive maintenance for proactive fault prevention.
Manage cost centers, control external service providers, negotiate service contracts, and ensure quality-compliant documentation and adherence to ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
