  • The RN Wound Care performs a variety of duties including but not limited to assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs designed to inform the patient/family/significant other about the patient's condition and treatment related to ostomy surgery, ostomies, wound care.
  • Provides the full scope of Enterostomal Therapy practice, which includes other components such as education, counseling, research and administration.
  • Patient psychosocial/physiologic assessments that integrates changing data are performed at all times.
