Job Summary

• The Executive Director of Technology provides technical leadership, vision, direction and mentoring to the Technology team and plays an integral role in the growth and continued development of the bank’s business and digital services, automation and data strategies.
• The leader is responsible for Business Systems, Automation, Data Governance, Network & Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and Technology Support to improve operations and efficiencies throughout the organization.

Salary

Base: $250,000.00 - $325,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance; Benefits: Competitive benefits package offering 401(k) match, profit sharing, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, supplemental voluntary life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, wellness incentives and an employee assistance program.
