Job Summary
The UAMS Transition to Practice- RN New Graduate Residency Program provides specialized lectures, simulation, case studies, and clinical mentorship for new graduates.
Selected residents will provide direct patient care across diverse specialty areas including Critical Care, NICU, Labor & Delivery, and Emergency Department.
New Graduate RN Residents must complete one year of experience and meet all program requirements to be promoted to RN I status.
