Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience architecting, building, and scaling distributed systems
  • Experience launching consumer-facing products
  • Experience leading backend and ML-focused teams
