Job Summary

• The NPI Sourcing Lead will provide input and analysis into the strategic sourcing activities of assigned suppliers and/or commodities to obtain the best quality, service, and value.
• The role supports and may lead the implementation of NPI project launches by evaluating cost reduction ideas, supply base optimization, and supplier risk assessments.
• This hybrid role requires physical presence at the Stryker location 3 days per week and offers flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
