  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are responsible for identifying residents correctly, recording all entries informatively, and reporting any changes in condition or accidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
