Job Summary

  • Teammate will be expected to schedule a minimum of 2.5 appointments an hour (average) monthly and go in exam rooms to assist with scheduling appointments before patients depart.
  • Responsible for providing provider referrals to patients based on the ordered medical service and patient’s preferences, and educating patients regarding referral and authorization requirements.
