Job Summary

• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of hemodialysis machines while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
• Supports infection control practices, participates in quality improvement activities, and assists with patient education and transitional care.
