Salary
Base: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive package including parental leave and wellness activities
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2+ years sales or customer success experience
SaaS or B2B payments organization background
Strong project management and client relationship skills
Consultative sales approach with presentation abilities
Experience working with finance leaders or accounting firms
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of FinTech and payments industry
Familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks software
Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
Self-motivated team player adaptable to fast-paced environments
Creative problem-solving for complex client issues
Key Requirements
Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience in SaaS, B2B, or payments
Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, or banking sectors
