Chubb is seeking an experienced Assistant Workforce Manager to support its Technology & Operations business in the Asia Pacific region. The role involves workforce planning, data management, and collaboration with HR teams to enhance employee experience and optimize workforce capabilities

Job Summary

  • Support the APAC leadership team in co-designing, implementing, and evaluating workforce planning strategies for the Asia Pacific region to extract maximum benefit from people and create a superior employee experience.
  • Design and coordinate the rollout of engineering competency assessments across APAC technology teams, working with chapter leads and engineering managers to evaluate technical proficiency levels against defined role benchmarks.
  • Own and maintain the APAC skillset database, ensuring employee profiles are regularly updated to accurately reflect current technical competencies, certifications, tools proficiency, and development milestones.

Key Requirements

  • 8 years of experience
