Proven experience leading Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning

Strong understanding of DevSecOps, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and GitOps principles
Experience with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Vault, Terraform Enterprise/Cloud
