Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in project management
  • At least 4 years of experience managing community impact programs
  • At least 2 years of experience in a for-profit company
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
  • At least 5 years of experience working with nonprofits or startups
  • At least 3 years of experience in budget management
  • Proven ability to assess product or program effectiveness
