Key Requirements

  • Five (5) years' experience in mechanical service, estimating, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields and two (2) years' experience in Project Management and/or estimating, at least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Field estimating experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
