Job Summary

  • The Senior Accessibility Automation Engineer is responsible for evaluating digital products to ensure they meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and provide an inclusive experience for all users, including people with disabilities.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain accessibility automation frameworks using industry standard tools and libraries and integrate automated accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines.
  • At NICE, we work according to the NICE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
