Job Summary
As Senior Director, HR Hub Lead for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), you are responsible for overseeing HR operations, governance, and strategic HR initiatives across Austria, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Czechia, Romania, and Hungary.
You will lead the CEE HR Hub, ensure effective delivery of HR programs, and translate global HR strategy into regionally relevant plans.
In the Austrian context, you will advise and partner with Managing Directors on HR matters, manage works council relationships, and ensure compliance with Austrian labor law.
