This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 30+ lifeguards, enforcing established rules, and maintaining professional appearance and demeanor.
The position requires the ability to swim 50 yards, retrieve a 10-pound brick from the pool bottom, and serve as a management responder for medical needs.

Key Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older
Current Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification preferred
Working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
Two years of experience in aquatics operation preferred
