  • Ensure compliance with Safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Plastic automotive industry
  • Experience in Part preparation such as Masking and Flaming operations
  • Experience with process simulation software
  • Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Paint Process Engineer in an automotive production plant
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
