This high-impact role owns the integrated development schedule in Actenum DSO to enable recurring planning cadences and drive forecast quality.
The ideal candidate will partner daily with planning engineers, capital forecasting analysts, and FP&A partners to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates.
Responsibilities include executing weekly schedule updates, supporting monthly forecast cycles, and building dashboards using Spotfire or Power BI to enhance visibility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Upstream oil & gas planning experience
Advanced Excel skills with structured datasets
Strong attention to detail for weekly/monthly cadences
Cross-functional communication across asset teams

Hands-on experience with Actenum DSO scheduling tool
Proficiency in Spotfire and Power BI dashboard creation
SQL experience for querying and data validation
Familiarity with upstream capital forecasting workflows

Key Requirements
