Job Summary
Provide technical support for customer requests across Peru and analyze, update, and monitor quality issues related to the Buses & Trucks portfolio.
Plan and execute aftersales programs, including Maintenance Cadence Plans, Kaizen, Ecodrive, Readiness, Customer School, training plan progress indicators, and training provider management.
Coordinate with internal GM and Isuzu teams to resolve product quality-related concerns and actively participate in service and quality committees involving product issues.
