** TurboCell is seeking a Sr. Technical Service Specialist to provide technical support, training, and startup/commissioning services for their Edged Infrastructure products. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Microgrid industry, particularly in power generation and electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and teamwork. **

Job Summary

  • Lead field startup/commissioning activities including the development of commissioning plans and providing onsite support to ensure all Edged Infrastructure products and systems are commissioned according to compliance, safety, and customer requirements.
  • Provide remote or onsite expert level technical support to the Operations Field Service Technicians on all Edged Infrastructure products and systems.
  • Lead technical support training activities including the development of product and safety training aids and curriculum to ensure the Operations Field Service Technicians are certified to startup, commission, repair, and maintain all Edged Infrastructure products and systems.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Travel requirement up to 85% of the time
