Key Requirements

  • BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP, or Bachelor's in clinical field
  • 5 years clinical experience required
  • 1 year Quality, Risk, or Safety experience required
  • CPHQ or CPPS certification within 1 year of hire
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
