The Lead Technologist operates as a content expert and high functioning lab technologist within the Cytogenetics team.
Oversees or participates in the technical operations including QA/QC checks, system maintenance issues, accuracy of test results, and general sample troubleshooting.
Participates in the orientation, training and competency assessment of staff.
