Job Summary

  • Provides system support to business users on ERP application systems, maintains and ensures all various application systems operating stably and reliably and meeting user’s operation needs.
  • Performs daily application support, involves in new project implementation and life cycle management of ERP Systems.
  • Collaborates with users and IT teams in preparing IT project documentations such as project plan, business requirement document, system operational procedures (SOP) and test scenarios.
