Job Summary

  • The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes.
  • This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned.

Salary

Base: $72,200.00 - $101,975.00; Bonus/Equity: Potential bonus program for non-sales positions, sales incentives for sales positions; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, PTO, paid volunteer time, leave of absence programs

Key Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years relevant financial services experience
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
