Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Proven track record leading complex investigations
Experience with Works Council management
Ability to navigate distinct labour landscapes
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with another European language
Strong presentation and training skills
Experience with ER case management solutions
Data analytics for strategy and interventions
Pragmatic and empathetic problem-solving approach
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
CIPD qualification preferred
Extensive experience in France, Germany, and Netherlands
Experience managing interactions with Trade Unions
