This role involves building and leading a newly formed Pharma Business Unit in Sweden to prepare the market for multiple high-impact launches.
The successful candidate will translate global strategy into compelling local brand plans while securing reimbursement pathways through value narratives and evidence packages.
Candidates will report directly to the Managing Director as part of the Leadership Team with high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Seasoned pharmaceutical commercial leader
Direct people management experience
Deep knowledge of Swedish healthcare system
Experience in cardiometabolic therapeutic area
Fluent in Swedish and English
Nice-to-have
Experience in immunology or ophthalmology
Advanced degree (MSc, MBA)
Experience building or scaling organizations
Comfortable operating with ambiguity
Strong track record in primary and secondary care
Key Requirements
Extensive experience owning brands, portfolios and launches
Proven leadership in cross-functional matrix environments
Excellent understanding of Swedish reimbursement pathways
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
