Job Summary

• Develop and manage strategic project assignments through completion, lead and direct strategic project teams, communicate results, make recommendations to management, and provide training.
• Identify and lead strategic project planning needs, assignments and prioritization, based on improvement opportunities within the business unit.
• Administer company personnel policies, interview, hire, establish performance development plans, conduct performance reviews, and provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
