The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vitals and assisting with personal care.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while ensuring resident safety through frequent checks, proper documentation, and immediate reporting of any incidents or changes in condition.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data
