Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Medical field
3+ years experience in TPA or Insurance
Knowledge of claim processes and AIA policies
Experience managing hospital and clinic providers
Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record in customer journey optimization
Experience with performance dialogue meetings
