The Logistics Team Lead will provide daily oversight of all logistics functions including receiving, shipping, warehouse, and transportation while ensuring strict safety compliance.

Base: $68,900 - $131,100 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and parental leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Active DoD Secret security clearance
Leadership experience in logistics operations
Oversight of receiving, shipping, and warehouse functions
Enforcement of OSHA and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Experience with SAP PRISM, RAYTRAK, and APEX systems
Knowledge of global trade standards for imports/exports
Prior experience in leadership for logistics operations
Working knowledge of DOT and IATA shipment standards
Ability to build strategic relationships with internal customers
