Job Summary
The Research Operations Manager leads the development and implementation of strategy to advance the mission of the Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC), an internationally recognized clinical and modeling research group.
Primary responsibilities include strategic planning, organizational design, operations, recruitment, supervision, mentorship, communications, fundraising, and operational improvements.
This role ensures the sustainability of outstanding performance in support of MPEC’s research and training mission, working collaboratively with the Research Finance Manager and MPEC Director(s).

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
Minimum of 5 years research administration experience
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
