The position requires maintaining strong technical proficiency through continuous self-learning while supporting engineering and sales with technical insights.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-6 years security systems experience
Trade qualification in Security Systems
Commissioning access control and CCTV
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Reading schematics and preparing reports
Nice-to-have
Leadership and training junior technicians
Continuous self-learning for proficiency
Process improvement contributions
Strong verbal and written English skills
Key Requirements
NSW Security Provider Licence or ability to obtain
