Integer is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production associates and ensure operational efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in assembly operations, preferably in the medical device industry, along with strong leadership and communication skills
Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
This position will follow and ensures written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements, including recognizing when Good Documented Practices are not being followed.
