  • Manage, motivate & lead team of validation engineers who are responsible for testing & releasing hardware/software components related to ADAS/AD driving functions.
  • Be responsible for developing & executing test & validation plans for feature functional & performance requirements and relevant regulations, testing coverage, confirming SOTIF, data analysis and root causing.
  • Leverage state-of-the-art processes, tools for requirements & test plans, field tests, data transfer & analysis as well as lead the development/adoption of new processes and tools.
