Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for supporting all Logistics and Materials Management processes within the Plant according to an Integrated Lean Six Sigma culture enabling achievement of the required production volume and eliminating loss.
  • Manage the team for optimizing operational assets and Workforce scheduling to meet production/ distribution/ customer requirements, including production & material planning, material planning & movement, warehousing and RM/PM & finished goods inventory management.
  • Be accountable for talent, Capabilities & engagement for the team responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
