The successful candidate will lead daily laboratory workflows, ensure compliance with quality systems, and manage routine operations including validation and personnel training.

Salary
Base: $110,800.00 - $150,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field
5+ years of GMP testing using capillary electrophoresis
2+ years of direct managerial experience
