• The Security Principal Associate provides strategic consultation to mitigate physical and safety risks across local, regional, and enterprise levels.
• This role involves performing vulnerability assessments to ensure that all Capital One retail locations comply with corporate standards, industry requirements, and regulations.
• The Associate partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver physical security controls, develops proactive plans to establish senior management support for security initiatives, and helps maintain business continuity.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in multi-site retail security, loss prevention, physical security, or law enforcement
• At least 3 years of experience managing a regional or enterprise contract security staff
• At least 3 years of experience in Relationship Management or Security Consulting
